Setting up payment methods
Connect PaySync so you can accept card and EFT payments from customers.
u-Shop uses PaySync — our secure South African payment gateway — to process customer payments. Setting it up means money from sales reaches you directly.
- 1Open your Business Dashboard and go to Settings → Billing/Payments.
- 2Connect or enter your PaySync credentials (you'll get these from your payment provider dashboard).
- 3Confirm your payout bank account with your payment provider so settlements reach you.
- 4Save — a test order is the quickest way to confirm everything works end to end.
Good to know
- •Customers can pay by card, EFT and instant EFT.
- •Payments are PCI-DSS compliant and handled by PaySync, not stored on u-Shop.
- •Your monthly u-Shop subscription is billed separately from customer sales.
